From the red-cobblestoned streets to the hillside-bricked houses, Boston had our hearts from the first moment we stepped down its crooked sidewalks. And I instantly knew it would be for good when I strolled alongside the public garden ponds, mesmerized by the morning light passing through the weeping trees, and the brightly colored ducks swimming up too comfortably, likely in the hopes of being fed (despite the sign that read: do not feed the ducks). In the middle of the city, was a garden thriving with all kinds of life. Walking through, I was in a trance with nature, it calling me loudly, in a place where it should have been whispering.
Even while hopping from city-to-city, nature awaits in full beauty…
Boston, you are truly beautiful.
